    dna paternity

Yes, but most often you need to have at least two members of the alleged father’s family to test. I work at LabCorp, were we do paternity testing. What we would do is compare a known relative to the alleged father, and another know relative to the alleged father to see the similarities in DNA. If the child carries enough of that DNA and they can prove it within, I believe a *99.6% accuracy, it is legally accepted that the child is the biological child of the alleged father.

So Yes it is totally possible to test a sister of an alleged father, for paternity reasons.

By the way you can also test the parents of the alleged father.
