   it would vary depending on where you live and what doctor or clinic you go to. Somewhere in the neighborhood of $550.00 where i live.

   Contact your local Child Support Office (Dept of Revenue). They will do it for very low cost so the mother can get the child support she deserves and help the father with visitation.
